A volar transscaphoid lunate dislocatin is a very rare injury. It is a difficult injury to treat because of diagnostic ambiguity and a lot of complication such as nonunion. Avascular necrosis, although many authors have introduced a different
treatement
method far.
We experienced a volar transscaphoid lunate dislocation caused by fall down jujury. We treated it with miniscrew and K-wire and miniexternal fixator and had a very good result.
Therefore, we report the case with the review of the papers.
